Andrei Kuzmenko's Unique In-Game Snack is Making Fans Go Crazy!
It must be a thing for Russian players to drink soda behind the bench. Alex Ovechkin was a trailblazer in this cause, with his dynamic duo of Dr. Pepper and Pepsi, and it appears young Canucks scoring winger Andrei Kuzmenko is equally a soda guy.
We equally know that Ovechkin's pre-game meal consists of a massive plate of Italian food, which keeps him full for the game. Kuzmenko's pre-game isn't known, but clearly he needs a snack during the game:
He was caught yesterday night with a Pepsi, and a banana! This is definitely an odd combo.
Unsurprisingly, every immediately had to share their reactions, including his teammate Elias Pettersson:
Kuzmenko addressed the banana after the game:
When the game is hard, you sweat a lot so you need some sugar in your body. That's why he likes eating banana.
As long as he keeps scoring goals, he can eat whatever he wants!
