The Minnesota Wild have agreed to terms on a two-season entry-level contract with forward Sammy Walker, according to Michael Russo of The Athletic.
Walker, 23, recorded 27 pts in 39 games as a captain for the University of Minnesota.
He was selected in the seventh round in 2017 by Tampa and his signing rights expired Monday.
