According to Sportsnet's Elliotte Friedman, the Habs have acquired center Sean Monahan from the Calgary Flames.
According to Nick Alberga (Sportsnet), in addition to Sean Monahan, Kent Hughes and the Canadiens have just acquired a first round pick from the Calgary Flames (another one).
