The province of Quebec is giving the Montreal Canadiens the right to fill the Bell Centre to capacity for fully vaccinated fans.
The news broke today: Montreal Canadiens will be allowed to open Centre Bell at 100% capacity beginning October 8. Full vaccination and masks required.
