As the state of Massachusetts continues to remove COVID-19 restrictions, Boston's TD Garden, home of the NHL's Boston Bruins and the NBA's Boston Celtics, has announced that it will open its doors to 100 percent capacity on May 29th.
Although the Bruins are currently playing their first round Stanley Cup Playoff series against the Washington Capitals in front of a small crowd, if they advance to the next round, they will face a packed house. If they beat the Capitals, they'll face the Pittsburgh Penguins or the New York Islanders at TD Garden in front of 17,850 rabid Bruins fans.
The state has steadily increased capacity limits at sporting events over the past six months, first from 12% to 25% and now to 100%
