BREAKING: Shocking Injury News for Anton Forsberg
The worst possible news was confirmed by the Ottawa Senators this morning.
After being stretchered out of last nights game, Anton Forsberg has been confirmed to have MCL tears in both of his knees. He is thus likely done for the season, per head coach DJ Smith.
In case you missed the incident:
Pierre Dorion announces that Forsberg has ligament tears in both knees, indefinite absence but "probably season-ending". Sanderson upper body, out for 10 days to two weeks.
This is a devastating injury for Forsberg, who has been having quite a great breakout season.
Hopefully he is back in full form next season.
