On March 7, the Los Angeles Kings defeated the Boston Bruins.
However, this victory became a nightmare for Phillip Danault and his colleagues when Drew Doughty did not return to the game following that day.
The team has confirmed that the veteran defenseman, who was having a strong season with seven goals and 24 assists for 31 points in 39 games, has undergone wrist surgery and his season is officially over.
