Quebec forward Alex Barré-Boulet in the lottery earlier today. He will be reported to the American League's Syracuse Crunch if not claimed.
Barré-Boulet had 3 points in 15 NHL games, but none in the AHL. He scored 136 points in 144 games with the Syracuse Crunch, including 68 in his first season.
If Marc Bergevin wants to add depth to his lineup, he may be a 4th line option. If not, he's a good bet because at 24, the young man from Montmagny has room to grow.
