After Canada's overtime win, young forward and MVP of the tournament Connor Bedard declined to talk about his personal stats in a post-game interview.
"I don't want to talk about me right now. We don't talk about me. This is one of the biggest tournaments in the world and I love this group, I love this country and this city here has been amazing." -Connor Bedard
This guy is a real team guy and that statement will definitely raise a few eyebrows in the NHL.
Canada defeated the Czech Republic in overtime, 3-2, on a goal by Arizona Coyotes rookie Dylan Guenther.
