Hockey Insider Darren Dreger shares the latest on the Vancouver Canucks search for their next general manager.
Dreger believes the Vancouver are very close to be naming Patrick Allvin as their next GM. The deal is believed to be done but not confirmed yet.
Patrick Allvin has been the front runner for the job he's also worked previously with Jim Rutherford when they were with the Pittsburgh Penguins.
The Vancouver Canucks named Emilie Castonguay as their assistant general manager yesterday, and you can expect an another announcement from the Canucks soon.
