While Los Angeles Kings forward Phillip Danault is having a blast against the Edmonton Oilers, the same cannot be said for Jesperi Kotkaniemi.
The Finn is having an extremely difficult series against the Boston Bruins.
KK doesn't have a single point in four games. He has three shots on goal and is averaging 12:09 per game.
In fact, in the last playoff game, Kotkaniemi was -2 with 9:53 of playing time.
At $6.1M and a contract extension in hand, we expect more from him with the Hurricanes.
