The Carolina Hurricanes defeated the Columbus Blue Jackets yesterday, but what caught the eye was the departure of Max Pacioretty to the dressing room.
The forward was injured and never returned to the game.
The good news is that this injury, to his lower body, is not related to the Achilles heel that sidelined him for almost six months.
So it will be a matter of watching in the coming days to see how many games he misses.
In four games this season in Carolina, the former Habs captain has scored three goals.
