It looks like the bad news continues if you're a Philadelphia Flyers fan. It looks like a split is imminent between Claude Giroux and the Philadelphia Flyers.
The Flyers captain is in the final year of his current deal and talks between Giroux and Flyers GM Chuck Fletcher appear to be not going well. It looks like the Flyers will try to move Claude Giroux by the NHL's trade deadline.
Giroux has been with the Flyers since being drafted 22nd overall in 2006. The 34-year-old Giroux is a pending UFA and has 288 goals, 604 assists with a +31 rating in 983 games with the Philadelphia Flyers.
With a 13 games losing streak, it is almost sure the Flyers are out of it and will most likely make a trade to retool.
