Flyers trade 1 for 1 with the Blue Jackets

According to Elliotte Friedman of Sportsnet, the Flyers have traded Jakub Voracek to the Columbus Blue Jackets in exchange for Cam Atkinson.
Voracek, 31, was originally drafted by the Blue Jackets all the way back in 2007. He spent three years in Columbus before being dealt to Philadelphia, where he's been for the past 10 seasons. In 53 games this season, Voracek had 43 points (9 G, 34 A), 18 penalty minutes, and was a -12.
Atkinson, 32, has spent his entire ten year NHL career with Columbus after they took him in the sixth round of the 2008 draft. The Riverside, Connecticut native played in all 56 games for the Blue Jackets during the 2020-21 season, tallying 34 points (15 G, 19 A), 4 penalty minutes, and was a -16.
