Gary Bettman Keeps Faith in Coyotes, Despite Them Not Having an Arena Long-Term
The Arizona Coyotes have been the laughing stock of the NHL for years. They play in a university arena, their team is shockingly bad, and they have a negligible fanbase.
All things considered, however, Gary Bettman still has faith in the franchise.
Bettman has now said that Arizona could be a destination for an outdoor game in the future. These outdoor games are usually reserved for markets where the majority of the population actually care about the sport...
This is a pretty massive gesture by Bettman, to a team, and a state that has done absolutely nothing to deserve it.
