Vegas Golden Knights owner Bill Foley has made a big decision regarding general manager Kelly McCrimmon.
Despite a disastrous end to the season and a lack of playoff appearances, McCrimmon will return for a fourth season.
In recent campaigns, the Knights acquired goaltender Robin Lehner, traded Marc-Andre Fleury, signed defenceman Alex Pietrangelo to a seven-year, $61.6 million contract and acquired Jack Eichel in a major trade.
When the team was eliminated last week, Jonathan Marchessault mentioned on RDS that there was simply no identity to this team anymore.
It will be interesting to see if the team makes any changes this summer.
