Danny Gélinas believes Marc Bergevin's career is gone.
During the Habs' struggles, Geoff Molson met with Patrick Roy twice. They met at the Hilton Quebec.
Why will Marc Bergevin leave next season? It is due to the general manager's lack of vision. Because the Habs' key player, Carey Price, is frail and elderly, he feels it was necessary to plan a successor. True, the Habs haven't gotten far without their No. 1 goalkeeper.
According to Gélinas, Marc Bergevin's reluctance to renew his contract may be due to poor appraisal of drafted players.
Anything is possible in the NHL theses days.
