Ian Cole breaks his silence on the sexual allegations against him

There is a very intriguing story making the rounds in the NHL right now. Tampa Bay Lightning defenseman Ian Cole is facing allegations of sexual assault.
The Lightning issued a statement saying that Cole is now suspended with pay until the investigation reveals more.
Now it's the turn of the main player to break his silence on the matter:
"I take the allegations made against me in an anonymous Tweet very seriously. I want to deny these allegations and will cooperate fully with the NHL and Tampa Bay Lightning, officials and legal departments in the upcoming investigation. I look forward to clearing this stain on my name and showing the NHL and the Tampa Bay Lightning that these allegations are unfounded. I will not comment again until the NHL investigation is complete." - Ian Cole, via his agent
