With the Montreal Canadiens' numerous defensive injuries, tipster Marco D'Amico of Montreal Hockey Now said the Guhle-Savard duo will need help soon, especially since no one knows how long Joel Edmundson will be out.
A one-for-one deal between the Canadiens and the Los Angeles Kings would be an option.
Why? Because the Kings have a surplus of right-handed defencemen and the CH has a surplus of forwards.
Will Marc Bergevin, who is the assistant to Rob Blake, the Kings' general manager, want to bring back Jonathan Drouin? If he is well surrounded, he could certainly make some noise in California.
