On Mario Langlois' show, Les Amateurs de sports, on 98.5 FM, former Habs goaltending coach and newly appointed QMJHL consultant Stéphane Waite made some controversial comments.
Defenseman Joel Edmundson is expected to make a return to action soon and according to Waite, when the time comes, he would take Chris Wideman or Arber Xhekaj out of the lineup, instead of Johnathan Kovacevic.
According to Waite, Xhekaj has been making a lot of mistakes in the last few games and a little rest in the stands would not be out of line.
