It looks like teams are interested in Toronto Maple Leafs backup goaltender Petr Mrazek, as reports indicate teams have been calling Leafs GM Kyle Dubas on Mrazek.
Sportsnet Hockey insider and co-host of the "32 Thoughts Podcast", Jeff Marek reports teams are calling the Leafs on the availably of Mrazek and a potential trade.
Jeff Marek reports, "I've checked around on this and there's been no discussion initiated by the Toronto Maple Leafs about trading Petr Mrazek. Marek said, "They see Mrazek as part of the program this season."
Petr Mrazek signed with the Maple Leafs this off-season as a free agent from the Carolina Hurricanes. But Mrazek has struggled this season with the Leafs despite having a 4-2 record, his stats are a 3.20 goals against average, and a .896 save percentage and has been criticized by Leafs head coach Sheldon Keefe.
