Gaudreau has always been evaluated by his height and weight, but this narrative shows how he sought to creatively change that.
Johnny Gaudreau stuffed 5 PUCKS into his JOCKSTRAP at his first NHL weigh-in, hoping the team would believe he bulked up. He still weighed in at just 134 LBS.
Gaudreau said at the time that all he was focusing on was «getting as many extra pounds wherever I could.»
