All eyes of Canadiens fans have been on social media looking to find out any news on Carey Price. There has been many rumors and speculation on how he's doing? Is he coming back? Will he be traded? Is he retiring? Today we got news from TSN that Carey is still having treatments and he's still recovering from his knee surgery.
Carey Price hasn't been on the ice since mid December, the Canadiens and their goaltender have scheduled meeting with Carey's Doctor virtually from New York in the next few days in what should determine when Carey could return, which Habs fans are hoping is soon as possible.
Montreal Canadiens Head Coach Dominique Ducharme was asked by the media on what's next for Carey and Ducharme said "The next step would be to ramp it up on the ice, get some goalie practice and then eventually get some regular practice with us" Carey hasn't played since losing to the Tampa Bay Lightning in the 2021 Stanley Cup Final.
The Canadiens returned to practice today in Brossard after having the team's activities paused by the NHL to help prevent more Covid cases. They play the Boston Bruins Wednesday night in TD Gardens.
