Maple Leafs Fans Turn On Head Coach After Shameful Performance
The Toronto Maple Leafs are now .500 on the season. They have won two games, both against playoff-bound teams, and they have lost two.
These two losses have come against the Montreal Canadiens and the Arizona Coyotes - the 31st and 32nd-ranked teams from last season.
The loss against Arizona last night was a terrible loss. The Coyotes iced a team with very little talent, while the Leafs iced their entire star-studded roster.
After the game, head coach Sheldon Keefe made some comments on his team's performance.
Our elite players didn't play like elite players.
This has sparked many fans to lose trust in the head coach, and many are calling for his firing.
