Marc-André Fleury Lets In One Of The Worst Goals Of His Career
Marc-André Fleury is already in the midst of his worst career season. He has been bordering on being a non-option in net for the Minnesota Wild, after signing a two-year extension with an annual average value of $3.5-million.
This situation is made even worse by the fact that the Wild traded Cam Talbot to the Ottawa Senators for cap relief to afford Fleury.
His goaltending tendencies have deteriorated, and his positional awareness is worrying at times. In this goal, he got so far out of position that David Pastrnak was given essentially an open net.
