McDavid expressed his frustration over his team's defense after suffering a 5-4 overtime loss to the Kings.
«We scored four tonight. That needs to be enough in a playoff game,» McDavid said. «Obviously it's not. We've got to keep the puck out of our net.»
The Oilers battled back from 3-1 to tie the game at 4-4 . The two superstars McDavid and Leon Draisaitl took matters in their hands. The captain got his team going as he scored on the power-play and Draisaitl scored a short-handed goal after.
«It's disappointing,» McDavid added. «Obviously, you never like to lose, but they give you seven games for a reason, and we need to go get one on the road and bring it back to Edmonton.»
Will the Oilers be able to take this to game 7? Let us know below.
