NHL's Player Safety made a decision on Hall's dirty play and fans are so upset!

Everyone anticipated that the play would be evaluated by the NHL's Player Safety department, and it was.
However, although many expected Hall to be suspended, he received only a $5,000 fine, the maximum allowed by the CBA, for roughing Lyubushkin.
No suspension will occur.
