Pacific Team Removes All Player Banners From the Rafters, Trades Incoming?
The Vancouver Canucks began the season with expectations to be a fringe playoff team in the pacific division. This has been far from reality, as the team has had difficulty getting anything done.
Head coach Bruce Boudreau is likely in his final games with the team, and several players likely have the same fate.
Change is coming soon, whether fans like it or not, and the Vancouver Canucks recently made their intentions overwhelmingly clear.
On the 32 Thoughts podcast, Elliotte Friedman was candid about these intentions:
I think their only untouchables are Pettersson and Hughes
They have several valuable trade chips, including captain Bo Horvat.
It will be interesting to see how far Vancouver goes, but if there's one year to get draft picks, it's 2023.
