Patrick Roy responds to rumors of becoming Habs GM

After being linked to the Canadiens, Roy took matters into his own hands.
The hall of fame goaltender took a more serious tone, denying nearly every facet of the story.
"No," said Roy. "I have never met with Geoff Molson."
Roy would subsequently attack the report, claiming it was pointless.
"They are false rumors," said Roy. "It's not even worth talking about it."
True, Roy had a smile on his face when delivering the remarks, but it doesn't mean he was being dishonest. This rumour is dead in the water unless we acquire further information.
