Possibilities for positive COVID-19 results could face issues in the NHL postseason
The National Hockey League is re-testing several players, according to Sportsnet's Elliotte Friedman, after positive test results surfaced early this morning.
The NHL is hoping that the findings are all false positives, but it's possible that the NHL isn't the only league whose research results have been tainted.

TSN's Pierre LeBrun echoed the same via Twitter and added that the NBA could be the other league with multiple team's results being affected. The NHL believes that it is due to a lab error/false positives.
More information regarding the results of the re-testing should be known later today at some point. With four Stanley Cup Playoff games scheduled for Tuesday night, the NHL will want to clear this situation up as soon as possible.
