Sidney Crosby Rocks the NHL with shocking demand
There's a very short list of players with the resume of Sidney Crosby's. Over 1400 career points, three Stanley Cups, and tons of personal accolades.
He is well-respected, and deservedly so. This means that when Crosby speaks up, people listen.
When asked about his stance on the NHL's playoff system, he rallied in support of the 1-8 seed system, rather than the 1-4 we have right now.
He's not alone in this battle, but it's hard to imagine Gary Bettman will ever budge.
