After their six-game loss against the Tampa Bay Lightning, the New York Rangers agreed to terms on a one-season contract with forward Vitali Kravtsov.
The deal will pay him $875,000.
In 19 games in the KHL, Kravtsov collected 13 points.
Note that he had left the Rangers because he did not make the team this year and Chris Drury wanted to see him play in the AHL.
Is this a signing to trade him? All indications are that it is.
