The Flames got some good news in the Matthew Tkachuk file

The arbitration hearing for Calgary Flames forward Matthew Tkachuk is scheduled for August 11.

This is the last possible day and will give the Flames some time to work out a trade.

Remember that Tkachuk requested a trade yesterday, in order to leave Calgary and join an American team.
