The New York Rangers have placed the name of 29-year-old forward and former fifth-round pick in 2013, Jonny Brodzinski.
In 16 games this season, Brodzinski has two points, while adding nine in 17 AHL games.
He has played 100 career NHL games with the Kings, Sharks and Rangers.
He will become an unrestricted free agent at the end of the season.
