Earlier this week, the Philadelphia Flyers decided to let prospect Jack St. Ivany go.
The Penguins decided yesterday to sign with the archrival, a two-season entry-level contract that will pay him $950,000 at the NHL level.
The Flyers' 2018 fourth-round pick had 24 points in 35 games last season with Boston College.
