The Tampa Bay Lightning Claim their Rivals' Young Forward

Not surprisingly, 25-year-old forward Rudolfs Balcers was claimed from waivers today after being dropped yesterday by the Florida Panthers.
He won't have to travel far, as Balcers is officially moving to Tampa Bay.
In 14 games this season, the former fifth-round pick of the Sharks in 2015 has four points in Florida.
