Three Teams Emerge as Front-Runners for Tyler Bertuzzi
It looks like the Detroit Red Wings have one more season of rebuilding before they truly go for it.
One player the Red Wings are looking to sell is gritty winger Tyler Bertuzzi.
Bertuzzi brings exactly what playoff teams want. He's very difficult to play against, with a tenacious fast-paces game, and he's be a perfect complement to any playoff team.
It appears that there are four teams leading the pack for a Bertuzzi acquisition. These teams are the Dallas Stars, Tampa Bay Lightning, and Edmonton Oilers.
Bertuzzi doesn't come without risk, as he has injury history and some discipline issues, but the reward could very well outweigh these risks.
He won't come cheap, but he could be a game-changer.
