Veteran defenseman available on waivers

The Minnesota Wild have placed th giant Czech defenseman Andrej Sustr on waivers.

The 6-foot-7, 217-pound right-handed defenseman played 15 games with the Lightning last season and 23 with the Ducks. He recorded a total of six points.
