When play restarts, will the all-Canadian division be reinstated?

Prior to the full shutdown, the NHL opted to postpone any cross-border games in order to avoid scenarios where a player tests positive outside of their home country and is forced to quarantine away from home.
Let's bring back the all Canadian division and restart play asap!
As a result, fans and commentators are speculating that the league may return to the divisional setup used in 2020-21, which included an all-Canadian division.
