Who's Jeff Gorton going to Choose?
After another embarrassing loss for the Montreal Canadiens losing 5-2 this afternoon to the Arizona Coyotes fans got to wonder can we sink any lower?
The good news is when your dead last you can only go up from there, but it's been believed that Excutive Vice-President Jeff Gorton is going to make his decision soon, and I think fans are just wondering who Jeff will decide?
It's been reported that it's a 3 man race but like alot of Habs fans they believe it's actually a 2 man race between 2 former Habs : Daniel Brière and Mathieu Darche. The question is who will Gorton pick but most of all who's the better man for the job?
I believe Habs fans will welcome either choice Danny's been doing his thing in the ECHL as well working with the Flyers as an executive. While Darche been with the Tampa Bay Lightning winning those big honors as assistant GM.
My pick would be Daniel he just seems calm cool and collected even when he was a player he's earned so much respect and I think that if he was named General Manager, free agents might finally come to Montreal instead of passing us up to play elsewhere.
