Rasmus Sandin Absolutely Roasts William Nylander
William Nylander was unstoppable last night. Scoring the opening goal just 9 seconds into the period, he became one of the fastest Maple Leafs to ever score in a frame.
He equally had a great game defensively, which was noticed by many. He's usually all-offense, which made this an exciting development in his play.
Rasmus Sandin couldn't hold back from commenting on Nylander's two-way masterclass:
He's back-checking. Finally.
With the team buzzing like they were against the Blackhawks, it's easy to imagine them going deep in the playoffs. We also know the atmosphere in the room is great, and that Sandin is getting more comfortable.
There's a lot to be excited about here.
