Leafs 1st round matchup still undecided between Bruins and Panthers
The Toronto Maple Leafs' first round matchup is still undecided between the Boston Bruins and the Florida Panthers, but it could all be revealed tonight.
As the race for the last wild card playoff spot rages on in the Eastern Conference, we could know as soon as tonight who will face the Leafs in the first round.
Many Eastern teams are facing off against each others tonight: Capitals Vs. Flyers, Bruins Vs. Senators, Canadiens Vs. Red Wings and Maple Leafs Vs. Panthers.
While the Leafs, Bruins, Panthers, Lightning, Rangers, Hurricanes and Islanders already secured their ticket for the playoffs, the Capitals, Flyers, Red Wings and Penguins must absolutely win to keep hoping.
But let's focus on what could impact the Maple Leafs. As of now, they could face either the Bruins or the Panthers in the first round.
