BREAKING: Patrice Bergeron Leaves Last Game Before Playoffs With Injury
The Bruins opted to ice a full lineup for game #82 against the Montreal Canadiens. It now appears it may have been a disastrous decision.
Bergeron Leaves Game
After a mysterious injury sent him to the room, Bruins captain Patrice Bergeron was ruled out of tonight's game in Montreal.
The 37-year-old has been healthy this season, despite being one of the oldest active players in the league. He has been a massive proponent to his teams' record-breaking success.
While the Bruins deemed this decision precautionary, there is still reason to be worried with the playoffs starting in just a few days.
Hopefully Bergeron will be 100% for Game 1, as the Bruins look to win their second Stanley Cup in the cap era.
