Connor McDavid Reveals He's Owed $1 Million From Gary Bettman
Connor McDavid recently revealed that he is still owed a million dollars from the NHL and Gary Bettman, and what he will do with the money once he receives it.
Connor McDavid Still Not Given His 1 Million Dollar Winnings From the All-Star Skills Competition
Connor McDavid was part of the revamping of the NHL Skills Competition, and part of the incentive to return the night to a competitive scene was bringing in a prize of 1 Million dollars for the winner. Of course, Connor McDavid, being the best player in the NHL, won the million himself on the night.
However, it has now surfaced that McDavid has not yet been paid for his winnings, even though it has been well over 2 weeks since he won the event.
Connor McDavid says he hasn't received the $ 1 million he won at the skills competition and when he does, he wants to take care of the trainers in Edmonton.
McDavid Wants to Give Money to Trainers in Edmonton When he is Paid
McDavid certainly doesn't need the money himself, even though a million dollars is a lot of money to be given away. He said that he wants to give the trainers in Edmonton something extra when he is given the money.
Hopefully, McDavid will be paid up his money and can take care of his trainers ahead of the playoffs this year, giving the team a little bit of a jump before playoffs.
