John Tavares, known to be a generaly calm guy on the ice, completely lost his composure after he believed a referee had missed a call.

Here's what he said:

Tavares: Call the f--king trip man! The f--k is that!?

Tavares thought he was tripped and wanted to confront the official who didn't call the penalty.

Leafs and Tavares Keep Hot Streak Going in Win Over Blues

The Maple Leafs have been playing some very good hockey lately, winning their last four games despite many holes in the blue line. Morgan Rielly is serving his suspension, Conor Timmins has mono and Mark Giordano is on a personal leave following the sudden passing of his father.

They have dealt with adversity the whole season and it shows. They've overcame it and they now have the confidence to do it again.

Let's hope the team can keep that momentum for the rest of the season and in the playoffs.
