It is not clear what started the fight. After all, it should have been a happy night for Oilers Fans. The team tied the series at 2, defeating the Stars by a final score of 5-2. Clearly, that wasn't good enough though as fans chose violence anyways. One fan appears to be bleeding from the head while another is violently thrown out of his row of seats, stumbling over a row of seats wildly.
Unfortunately, this has become a trend for the Oilers as a similar incident broke out during game three of the Western Conference final as well. In that case, security was involved and at least one fan was escorted out of the building.
It is not known how many fans, if any, were removed from the game during the game four incident. Hopefully this does not happen again during game six. The series remains tied at 2, but the Oilers have taken the lead in game five thanks to an early powerplay goal.
Be sure to tune in to see how the rest of the series plays out and whether or not the Oilers are able to become the first Canadian team in the Stanley Cup final since 2011.
