Marc-Andre Fleury has recently made a move that has turned heads hinting at a retirement from hockey.

Fleury Invites Dozens To Final Game In Montreal?

Throughout his NHL career, Marc-Andre Fleury has played in 985 NHL games, an incredibly high number for any goaltender. The 2003 1st overall pick has proved to be elite for over two decades and is a surefire hall of famer. However, at 38 years old, his NHL career may be coming to an end soon.

He recently invited over two dozen friends and family to the Wild's next game in Montreal, potentially his final start in his hometown.

Marc-Andre Fleury will have 2 dozen family and friends at game tomorrow for what could be his final start in MTL: «More than usual for this one. But still got to get the win. Got to get the 2 points & that's what matters. And hopefully you can put on a good show for them.»

This hints at this being his final start in Montreal which would mean he is strongly considering retiring at the end of this season. This is the Wild's only game in Montreal this year so there is a solid chance that this is his final season in the NHL.

We will now see how the season plays out and if Fleury will call it a career at the end of this season.
