Breaking: The NHL Gives Its Verdict on the Dangerous Hit by Dumba on Pavelski
Yesterday, during the first playoff game between the Minnesota Wild and the Dallas Stars, Joe Pavelski received a dangerous hit from Mathew Dumba.

As you can see, this was an intentionally dangerous hit. Fans were eager to hear the NHL safety department's decision on the case.
Dumba Won't Be Suspended
It's official, Dumba wasn't even summoned to a hearing by the department.
As reported by Greg Wyshynski:
"@NHLPlayerSafety will NOT have a hearing for @mnwild defenseman Matt Dumba after his hit took @DallasStars center Joe Pavelski out of Game 1 last night." This comes as a surprise to many, as Pavelski had to leave the game after receiving the hit.
We can expect more questionable decisions by the NHL before the end of the playoffs, as this is what they always do.
