Dirty Hit From Matthew Tkachuk Leaves Superstar Motionless
Whenever the Tkachuk brothers face off, things are bound to get out of hand. Unfortunately, yesterday, this left a player motionless on the ice.
Dirty Hit From Tkachuk Leaves DeBrincat Motionless
Matthew Tkachuk had high expectations set for him when the Calgary Flames traded him for 115-point playmaker Jonathan Huberdeau, first-pairing defenseman Mackenzie Weegar, a first-round pick, and prospect Cole Schwindt.
Now a full season later, Tkachuk has exceeded these expectations significantly, and is likely to receive Hart votes.
His brother Brady is one of the youngest captains in the league, and has had a great season.
In the Panthers vs Senators game yesterday, the Tkachuk's faced off, and things got nasty.
Matthew threw an insane hit on Alex DeBrincat, leaving him motionless.
There were ten ejections and 168 combined PIMS in the game, making it one of the craziest matchups of the season. Luckily, DeBrinact appears not to be too injured.
