Head Coach Mike Sullivan Roasts Ron Hextall in Post-Game Interview
The Penguins are floundering. They will likely miss the playoffs for the first time in 14 years, and fans aren't happy. Clearly their head coach isn't either.
After fans chanted out Fire Ron Hextall' in the stands at PPG Paints Arena, the sentiment became very clear.
Penguins Community Growing Tired of Ron Hextall
Hextall is a very controversial general manager. He has made some good moves, but he has equally made some terrible trades and signings.
With the Penguins now out of a wild card spot in the Eastern Conference, fans weren't afraid to voice their displeasure.
Then, after the game, head coach Mike Sullivan gave an all-saying short response:
Our roster is our roster. We have what we have.
Clearly what the team has isn't enough, as it looks more and more likely Crosby and co. will have their seasons end in April.
